Jason Sudeikis talks tackling the subject of mental health on Ted Lasso

As part of my physical and mental fitness regime, I see my therapist/counsellor, call her what you want, just an incredible person who helps me focus and stay laser sharp about 4 times a year.

This costs me less than my PureGym membership.

I have just come back from the gym this morning, for me a cardio session on Monday morning helps me get into the zone, the PureGym being 24/7 is ideal and there is always space, I absolutely love going there.

I have sessions with Martine Gibson MBACP, because she fulfills that same purpose.

Think about how much YOU spend on your physical health...and now tell me how much you spend on your mental health?

Why wait or dismiss counselling/therapy? That is the same as dismissing the gym and saying, ' I don't need it yet, I have not developed a really serious condition......yet'

Who would you trust or employ, someone that practively looks after (all) of their fitness levels, or someone who doesn't?

Someone who actively seeks support, improvement, recovery, progression or someone who does not?

Jason Sudeikis said a lot of fans reached out to him regarding the therapy scenes.

'People have really responded to that,' the star said. 'And myself and other people in the cast and the writing staff get messages daily from people thanking them for really opening their eyes to what it means to go to therapy and what it means for someone in their own life to go to therapy and just speaking about these things and taking the stigma off of any form of health whether it be nutrition or mental, emotional health. Anything that you can do to help yourself helps those around you.'
