'Not so' Cold Water Swimming
6.30am Jump in cold water and swim.
Never have I said to myself, 'that sounds like a great idea!'
I love my bed and my sleep so much, but I love my mental and physical well-being more.
A quick update on the effects of swimming, how I'm using it as a protective factor.
Thanks to the wonderful John West Foods crew for inspiring (heavily pushing me into accepting) me to join their wonderful Great North swim in lake Windermere this June.
This has now changed the concept and given me a stretch goal which for testosterone driven, competitive people, you will understand I really can't turn this down!!
